1968 Cutlass Servo Cover Decoding

Asked by dmango22 Mar 04, 2017 at 02:32 AM about the 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass

Question type: General

I've looked everywhere to see if I could
decode my servo cover but I'm getting
nothing. The 68 I get, the MM33OD not so
much. Any help would be greatly
appreciated! It's a st300 tranny, original I
believe to my 68 Cutlass S.

Can you show a pic of the trany pan? Looking into this more all I see is the TH350 and the TH400 listed for this vehicle. But it is not unheard of the trany being switched back in the day.

I can't get a good pic of mine but it's identical to the one below. It's a st300 or jetaway tranny. The 68's had it as a factory option. Why anyone would get a 2 speed over a 3 speed is beyond me.

Two speed auto tranys are very desirable for racing. I still haven't found anything on what your look for. Gotta be something out there.
