2001 chevy malibu

My 2001 chevy malibu wouldnt start after i put gas
in my car the other day, we changed the fuel filter
and it was still nit starting after running and being
shut off, then it started accelerating on its on
reving on its own while in park and when put in
reverse or drive it would take off with out me
hitting the gas, changed the fuel pump today and
its still doing the same thing, could it be the relays?
This is my only car and im scared to drive it we
have 3 kids i have to tote around and i dont want it
to speed up while im driving and not beable to
control it

If u noticed it right after u fueled up, check the evap system, there's a solenoid that might've gotten stuck in open position
