I have a 2001 chevy impala 3.8 engine that keep overheating. I changed the water pump, thermostat, and radiator and it's still over heating. What else can it be.

you need to check fan and see if you have water cercalation and go from there if it has electric fan or clutch fan

Yes the fan is working. When I take the thermostat out it seems to stay some what cool. Some evaluation in temperature but not steaming hot. But I know it's not fix.
