Will an 02 or 03 Eco Tec Engine fit into a 2001 Cavalier

I have a 2001 Chevy Cavalier, looking to upgrade the motor to a 2002 or 2003
EcoTec for 2016 racing season, was wondering as long as the wiring kit is right
will it fit bolting up right? I know i may have to reroute the exhaust
