Can't get emergency brake to release

Can't get emergency brake to release the
pedal released but it the brake feels like it's
on and bogging my car down..
How do I get it to release all the way...

i'd go under the rear and inspect the cables for binding then.

I have a 2008 uplander dealer can not seem to be able to fix my side sliding I have had it back three times, you can be driving and the side doors will come open, also does it sitting still? 2 Answers

Sliding side doors come open while driving done the road and setting still. Had to dealer 3 times can't fix.

my chevy uplander was over heating because one the fans stopped working,i stopped the engine to check on the fan and probably allow it to cool after some time i started the engine and it refuse to start 4 Answers
