belt tensioner

My car 2008 Volvo c30 replaced serpentine belt, but it was gone after 1
month. I need to fix serpentine belt again. Do I need to replace belt tensioner
too?

Something is shredding it. Remove the old belt and spin the pulley by hand and see if one is seized up or not spinning correctly. Yes, I would replace the tensioner as well just in case.
