Car dies suddenly while driving on the interstate at 60 mph!

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2008 Buick Lucerne that just simply died while I was driving on the
interstate at about 60 mph.  No warning, all fine and car just died.  It wouldn't
restart and have to have it towed home.  Any idea what is the problem?

First of all, does the car crank at all? Or will it crank but not start?

Did any dash warning lights come on just before it stopped running?

Could be the computer module. My car died without warning and had to get towed. Total cost around $300 with tow.
