Has a misfire

When I first start it. It runs fine for about 45
seconds then the engine light starts flashing
and it has a miss real bad. I have put new
plugs took the injectors off and cleaned them
they open and close. I have moved the coil
packs around. I took off the engine veritable
timing solenoid off cleaned and check them
..after I start the car turn it off when it started
to miss . Do this about 10 times Finley it will
start to run just fine the engine light stops
flashing. What is wrong with this engine????

What codes? Did your misfire move when you moved coils? Did you put new o-rings on injectors when you reinstalled them? Hook up a bidirectional scanner that shows misfires per cylinder and narrow it down further.

I have a Saturn Manual 2007 Vue. In the AM clutch pedal flops to floor and cant shift until I turn car off ...put it into gear and pump clutch alot to get air going through. Then I can drive but stick feels stiff. I was told transmission had to be removed to get to the slave cylinder to fix. Can it be something other than the Slave Cylinder? No visible leaking or drop in brake/clutch fluid. But a swollen cap on clutch resevoir and fluid is dark.
