Barely turns over

Me rover has been parked for 2 weeks went to start
and battery was dead I put new battery in and go to
start and it barely turns. Plenty of power to every
thing else. Starter is working but barely turns. Could
use t be my starter took a crap from sitting for only
2 weeks

Yes may be bad starter if it is weak turning over,make sure all connections are good at battery and starter,if good sounds like you need a replacement.

Many times when a car sits even just a few weeks the battery falls to low voltage and when this happens it opens the door for the terminal wires to corrode which can lead to them shorting out or just not able to let enough voltage threw them so I would replace them all the way to starter ++ an-- all the way to frame.
