Fuel pump and starter replaced

My car broke down about a week ago and we took
it to the shop. We ended up having to replace the
fuel pump and the starter. Now that we have it
back it's making a really weird noise when we turn
the wheel and we don't know what it might be and
we wasted too much money already with
"professionals" please help.

Try to isolate where it might be coming from, Steering wheel clock spring can make noise just before failing. Could also be steering column bearings, those above will be noticeable inside the vehicle. Outside could be tie rods, ball joints strut bushings, etc.
