I changed my thermostat and got the radiator
flushed and it's over heating

Yes, first thing to check is the coolant level. Fill the radiator and the overflow tank. Let the engine warm up (turn it off before it overheats. Leave the radiator cap on; the system should pull in more coolant when the engine cools off. Also check the exhaust system for signs of coolant (like white smoke, this would indicate an internal engine leak.)
