1993 Nissan 2400 engine getting. Water rapidly in
the oil. Where do you reckon.

Headgasket, cracked head, cracked block. Those are some possibilities.

Change water pump but not termsat now it's run with water and oil mix and smoking

Blown head gasket, cracked cylinder head, busted engine block, if equipped a cracked engine oil cooler that uses the engines coolant as the heat exchanger.
