changing 1995 defender 110 to 2012 puma?

there is a 1995 110 for sale,i wanna know if i buy it and remove all body and engine and
use its chasis to make 2012 defender puma.so i wanna know if the chasis are same in
1995 and 2012 and if they will fit.
