Have a problem with paper work for DMV

I need to have my son Michael Roelofsen added to my contract to get
insurance on the vehicle My contract number is or was 388362. To give you
an idea of the problem. My learners permit for Lawrence Roelofsen expired
and did not have the money to renew it. Veronica Detommaso had her
licenses suspended till she takes a 12 hr written test and 4-hour driver test.
We have 8 months to finish paying off the truck and DMV will not accept the
insurance because my son's name is not on the paperwork as the driver or
an owner. Can you please help me out before we lose the truck. I need his
name added to the account as an owner or driver. Please contact me Thank
