1968 911 won't start

I was here a while ago but have been interrupted:
1968 911 Targa Ran fine until parked two years ago. Didn't start in the spring and left sit until now.

Battery charged well
Has fuel
Cranks fine but no spark
Coil has voltage, which drops about two volts while cranking but does not have interruption while cranking (field collapse to fire plugs)
Changed DME relay with no change (inspected the card in the old one and found no signs of heat caused deterioration or 'cold' soldier joints)
Checked crank angle pick up ~ fell in the ohms range and created spec voltage
Checked tach pick up ~ again, fell in the ohms range and created spec voltage
What should I do next?

Fuel turned into varnish. .. you need to drain tank replace fuel filters clean/ adjust carbs install new plugs should be fine. If that doesn't work you have a larger issue. Next time use Stabil or some sort of fuel stabilizer before you store it.

Sounds as if the points are bad, check your distributor and rotor for corrosion and cleanliness, and check that points open or are fused together by "burping" the engine. Cheap fix if that is the problem. Steve
