2007 town and country van

I have a 2007 town and country van today while driving
my  left turning signal was blinking fast so I changed the
front left one and it was still blinking fast but working and
lighting up drove home from work and my dash board left
side ( speed/mileage) is completely dark and the right side
hot cold temp below where p,r,n,d, etc half of it is
dimming in and out got home and left side turning front
Amber bulb not working or turn signal both again and it
was a new bulb we put in

I have had 3 Machanics come and check. Put the tester on it. Lights in dash on an off sometime it starts and sometime it dondon't.i have an appointment on the first and i hope they get to the bottom of this.
