Chrysler T&C DVD W/DVD will not eject.

My 2007 T&C seems to have  DVD jammed in it.  
When I try put a DVD in, it hits something in the slot.

Did you look to see what if anything is in the playe? I would look first with a flashlight. If it is a DVD check to see if it is trying to eject the DVD. If it is you need to try to reseat it then eject, if you can't reseat even with rubber/silicone coated tips break DVD or take to shop. If it is seated, there is a small tab on the right side of DVD player, push it in to manually eject. If it is something else remove, if you can't take to a stereo shop.
