Why has car stop running while driving?

Why did my 2007 Buick Lucerne stopped running after I made a turn at a
roundabout? I shut it and then put it back on.  The car drove ok.  Why did that
happen?

I had a 99 buick lesabre limited that started randomly shutting off when driving, mostly while in the middle of a turn. I took the ecm to the shop and paid them 75 dollars to reflash it using the vin number. Never had the problem again
