Third light keeps blowing bulb, cruise control inop. what's the repair, how to
disconnect 3rd light

Start with the bulb, bulb housing and look for corrosion, frayed/shorted wiring, and work your way back along that harness. Check all grounds are intact too. Sockets can also short, you can find a youtube vid on how to test them with an ohmmeter.
