1986 D21 nissan 4x4 pickup

suddenly runs as if not geting fuel spits and spudders,can barely go 30 moph ruff and
jerky,replaced fuel filter still acts not getting gas..even to new fuel filter..Could this be fuel
pump or computer problems

You would have troubleshoot before knowing what the issue is. Tests range from compression checks, fuel pressure, checking for vacuum leaks, and verifying spark. I wouldn't limit the problem to fuel until a series of tests are done. There are many resources out there to guide you through engine problems. All else fails, bring er to a mechanic that can troubleshoot.
