87 audi 100 engine swap

any engine from the 80's will work everything from a vw starting at the 81 to 89. just be sure to grab the trany control units and ecu while doing the swap especialy if the codes of the engines don't match. they preaty much used the same engine in all of these cars for that time period so this is why they all commanly fit in there. all five banger engines in a line. I would advise getting a carberated engine tho and not the auto fuel injection system
