I guess your car is using H4 bulbs(three pin globe), if I'm right, turn on your high beam on if it works on both headlights then your high beam is working fine on both lights but the problem your low beam, buy a new bulb it will be fine. But recommend you to buy new set for both headlights, good quality like osrum or phillips
