why will it not start?

I have a 1988 old Wrangler that dosent have been started in 10 years! I have tried everything. I have sparks on all cylinders and nothing happens when i turn the key around it´s just going around without even "puf" one time, not even on startgas!!

I have done all the regular stuff like change the sparkplugs , drain the tank, cheked the spark and all the electrict cabels and fuses! Can there be a electric start block or something???

If you have spark, then it is fuel, right? (let's assume it is getting air) Check carb, sensors, filter, etc.
