87 Dodge ram 50 or mighty max

Question type: General

My husband is in the process of restoring the truck. We
replaced the carb brakes and belts and fuel pump. It has a
2.0 l motar manual transmission. We've done all this but
here's the prob .    We've closed almost all vac line that didn't
fit on our Weber carb . So when he come to a complete stop
it'll cut off. Does anyone the prob I need to fix?

Thanks ..question would it have anything to with the AC pullie being lose as in not tight enough around both pullies. His dad told him to just cut it off for now untill we get a new pullie.

I have a 1987 mirhy max that my condenser is leaking some one can tell me what is wrong and how to fix it please.
