my 1986 dodge ram 50 sat for about 8 months and now wont start. battery good sparkpluges good fresh tune up wont turn over tho. any suggestions?

i would either look at your starter, or your fuses. you can usually get a dead starter to crank once by having someone turn the key, and someone else tap on the starter with a malet. also try bumping the starter, by turning the key barely, then letting off and try to crank it again and let off. my ram 50 does this every once in a while, and usually starts after bumping the starter.
