How do I set my radio to FM right now it it on AM

I have a 1988 Dodge Dynasty .. Right now my radio is on AM and I cant seem to get it on FM  I have no manual Any ideas on how to do this???

It does not have a button with band on it.. ant other ideas also I will check out that book on Ebay. thanks
