I live on Cozumel/Mexico. A dodge dart 1976 is for
sell. It has huge mileage (180000) and they ask
right now 60.000 pesos (3200 usd). Of course
negotiable.

Is this a 100% "stay away" situation?

It's a 43 year old vehicle. Mileage is not all important at this point. What is the condition of the rest of the vehicle? Runs and drives? What trim level? Swinger? 2dr or 4dr sedan? At the price you listed, the car should be in fair to good condition.
