99 S320 with 85,000 miles. Check engine light is on, it shows Fuel Trim Malfunction, Bank One. i can reset the light problem but it comes back every few days,. How do I correct that issue?

Have the codes checked, replace what is necessary.

Have the O2 sensors, or the connections to them, checked out. The signals from them govern fuel trim.
