cranks but no start

we have 95 jetta 3, was checking fuses cause the windsheild wipers were not
working, only switched a relay to see if it was bad and returned them where i
took them from now car cranks but wont start, can anyone help

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes? might just need a reboot. Make sure you did not push the prong out of the relay hole as well it happens some times in older cars. which ones out of this chart did you move around? and what were they labeled for.
