What is the best wrx sti to buy that’s reliable?

I’m thinking about buying a jdm wrx sti and I
know they go through engines. What year is
the most reliable. I’ve heard the 2.0Ls are
better then the 2.5s. So would a 2003 with
150k kms be a good buy?
