Headlights and cluster lights dont work

So i have a mazda miata the mx5 manual its a 1990
so about 2 weeks ago my cluster lights would only
work on occasion then they randomly fixed
themselves but now my headlights will pop up but
will not work or stay on, and now my cluster lights
do not work at all does anyone have any ideas on
what it would be ive checked all the fuses and they
are alll good so i have no idea what the problem is
