Havean 2001 dodge ram 1500 got stuck the orther
day got out and lost oil pressure still don't have it
any ideas what it could be?

I sure hope you didn't drive it ,, Did you check oil level? was oil under the car ?

Check the oil pressure sending unit wire. You may have knocked the wire off when stuck or getting out. Do not run it if it is making any tapping or other noises as it may be an actual pressure problem.

It's in my garage haven't drove it at all came out and started it and I'll get oil pressure for a few then it goes to zero then comes back

Use a mechanical gauge to check the pressure. It it reads zero you have a real problem.

Did you bend the oil pan you may have restricted the oil from getting to the oil pump
