What do I need to do to fix my car that won't start???

I have a problem with my car and it wouldn't start. Steering
wheel locked the key wouldn't turn the car on. So I went out
what are the the Ignition Lock cylinder and effects the
problem high bypass the chip for the key and it drove for 2
days and now it won't start again. What do I do now?

things need to be tested , spark , fuel pressure , you can't assume it's the same problem something else may have gone bad by pure coincidence .
