The past few days while on my way home from
work ive noticed there is no air coming from any
vents on any setting but i can hear the blower still
running it doesn't do this all the time just
intermittently

try turning the fan deflector knob from defroster to full dash vents. If that doesn't free it up do it a couple of times and if that still doesn't free it up, then you possibly have a faulty actuator to the deflector. Try putting the fan setting on the lowest possible to limit the amount of back pressure to the deflector. The only other thing I could suggest is to check the internet and see if your vehicle has a cabin air filter, depending on how old the car is and the conditions of where you park it regularly, that may be plugged up.
