Upper and lower intake manifold gaskets failing at about 90,000 to 120,000 miles and transmission problems around the same mileage. Shift solenoids in the transmission are troublesome and the transmission will often lose overdrive and TCC (Torque Converter Clutch) lock in. This will greatly reduce your gas mileage! None of these repairs are cheap either! Hope that helps! Jim
