My 1991 F150 truck won't start, no crank. What to do?

I need help fixing my dad's truck. It's a 1991 F150 Ford truck. Whenever I
turn the key, only the dashboard lights come on, the engine won't start or
crank. I bring the battery to Autozone to check and its still good. What might
be the reason? & How to fix it? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated

You should test the starter itself, if you're not sure how or comfortable doing it Autozone should be able to test it for you if you remove it from the vehicle, best to take the alternator in for testing also. If all 3 pass you most likely have bad or corroded connections at the battery, starter or alternator or a corroded, possibly broken ground wire
Thank you everyone! I will bring the starter & alternator to AZ for a test tomorrow, just started watching some YT video, seem doable. Gonna let you guys know what wrong with it later on. But first, I'm not a car guy so is the starter/solenoid the same thing or... are they 2 different thing. Picture below.
That is a fender mounted starter solenoid, most are mounted on the starter itself which is bolted on to the motor where it meets the transmission. What Ninja was taking about is jumping the 2 large terminals on that to see if it engages the starter but be ready for a few sparks to fly!
So I got a new starter relay and recharged the battery(apparently it was very low, only 5v) Now as soon as I connect the cable to the battery, the truck dashboard lights went on WITHOUT even inserted the key??! What's next guys?
Just the cluster? That's odd. I'm wondering if that could be an issue with the headlight switch, unhook the battery then the headlight switch and reconnect the battery and see what happens. I'm not much of a believer of randomly buying and changing parts without some process of elimination first as that can get expensive. Now what about the starting issue?
No luck starting the car, I can't even turn the key now. And like I said, without the key inserted all the lights are on. I have to disconnect the battery so it won't die. I will try doing what you said tomorrow.
There may be wiring chaffing where it goes through the firewall or even in the steering colum. Electric gremlins are the absolute worst and most time consuming to solve, I have my own battle with one at the moment
Im having similar issues exceptionally have no power to anything. No lights, no dash, I don't even get a reading on my voltage gauge in the dash
