Ford f150 electrical problem?

I have a 1993 ford f150 and its been running fine
until the other day. I went out and started it andd
let the engine warm up and everything for a few
mins before i left for work because it had been a
few days since i drove it. When i pulled the knob to
turn the lights on my radio restarted and then
worked fine but when i went to leave work i hopped
in to leave and turned the key on and nothing
happened. Not even the radio turned on. I left the
key on and poped the hood to get a jump and as i
walked to the front of the truck and touched the
hood my truck magicaly gained power back. I know
there is a problem somewhere just wondering
where to look first.
