Moter tranny swap

I have a 1996 f150 4x4 it has a 300 inline six
cylinder 4.9L
With a 5 speed manual transmission
I recently acquired a factory 302 with real low
can I bolt it on the 5 speed transmission thats
already in the truck or will I have to get a diffrent

If I remember right it will bolt up, but you will need the clutch and all the hydraulics, flywheel and all of the electronics for the V8 to make it work. If your thinking it's a easy job, it's not.


Also take the PCM from the donor vehicle and every sensor else you will have a fit. Plus the wiring harness.
