Moter tranny swap

I have a 1996 f150 4x4 it has a 300 inline six
cylinder 4.9L
With a 5 speed manual transmission
I recently acquired a factory 302 with real low
miles
can I bolt it on the 5 speed transmission thats
already in the truck or will I have to get a diffrent  
transmission

Also take the PCM from the donor vehicle and every sensor else you will have a fit. Plus the wiring harness.
