are you saying the starter motor won't crank the engine? I don't trust autostore testing, I do testing myself before going to autostore so I know what is going on. In the past I have had autostore lie to me about their testing. I'm not saying they all do it. Battery has a full charge, all connections good on all ends not just at the battery. Do you have fender mounted starter relay, two large threaded studs? One of those large studs is battery voltage, hot all the time. The other large stud carries voltage to starter motor when relay is energized, and yes you can jump the two large studs to see if starter motor will crank the engine. Maybe cable from relay to starter motor is faulty? To test starter motor, is usually remove it, lay it on the ground, hook up jumper cables properly from charged battery to starter motor, at the least, the starter motor should kick out the drive gear and spin. Yes, that is a no load test. Your engine isn't seized??
