My 2007 Camry spotty AC

My AC will blow very cool for a while but then it gets humid in the cab and
the AC quits blowing cold.  could it be an air bubble in the line that would
make it run sometimes but not at others.  It started after I attempted to
recharge it but I over charged and had to reconnect to the lower access
with the hose and no refrigerant canister attached and let some back out of
the line.  I know that was not environmentally acceptable but I was not sure
how to lower the pressure caused by my mistake.

You may now be under charged, you really need to get a set of gauges on your system to see what your pressure is. You should see a presuure of about 45 PSI on the low with a hot cab at start up and should comevdown to about 18 to 20 PSI and the air blowing out of the ducts should be 25 degrees colder the the outside temperature....

Also could be a partially clogged orfice tube filter or expansion valve depending on which one your A.C system has.

Sounds like Moisture in the system. Consider a Evacuate....Suction...then Recharge the system with the proper amount of refrigerant. We usually replace the Receiver/Dryer during this process.
