Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 73 ford truck 300 six that won't start I repla
ced wires plugs points cap rotor . It turns over but
won't start

1 Answer

It's getting fuel at the carburetor I can see fuel when I move the linkage and I have spark when I remove a plug and lay It on the valve cover. If pull the coil wire out of the distributor and hold it about an inch above the cap it will run that's when I replaced the cap rotor points. And coil but still won't start but turns over good.
