Thanks, Tom! I know he replaced the ignition module and the key switch. I guess my second question should've been phrased thusly: What kind of problems is this kind of truck known to have?

i bought a 1986 f150 in great shape, looks brand new but i've had to replace a battery and a fuel pump. i can't complain about it since it look a whole lot better than any other truck like it that i've ever seen. i paid $4900 for it and i think it was worth it. i've only had it since this August.
