1985 Ford F150

1985 Ford f_150..... Have replaced the fuel pump, all
gaskets in carburetor... ignition module, etc...While the
Truck will crank and run until the Heat gauge comes up to
half way which is within a Mile.... then sputtering and
Dies...what would cause this headache?

I bought one brand new and i had the same problem off the lot. Never did get it straightened out. Mine would run then die and have to sit till completely cool then do it again. Just stopped randomly. They finally blamed it on the computer.
