I was looking at the page for the 89 Toyota Celica, and it says MSRP: $12,478 - $20,878. Does this mean my 89 Celica (its in really good condition) is worth at least 12,000? By the way, i have a GT convertable with an automatic transmission. I couldnt find it to select it. I heard the automatic convertables were rare, but i wasnt sure.
Sadly, no. It's probably worth about $2,000 if you're lucky and it's in super shape. MSRP stands for Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price, and means just that —- a suggested selling price for the retailer ... when it was originally at a dealership.. in 1989.
