1999 Toyota Camry not starting or a short

I try to start the car it only clicks I turn the
key back-and-forth and sometimes it will
start sometimes it won’t when it does start
now my radio turns on and off by itself
without me touching anything I can’t figure it
out got a brand new battery brand new
ground wires I don’t know where to look
please help P
