91 s10

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 91 s10 with a 2.8 v6 fuel injection with a 5 speed that will start and run
great.
You can drive anywhere from 5 to 30 miles and it will start to spit and sputter
then die and it will take 2 or 3 hours before it will start again.
Then it will run fine again.
It has had new plugs and wires but still can't figure it out
