Looking to buy 92-98 K 1500 extended cab. Which version has the most room for the back seats?

It seems the 4th generation 1500s are very reliable and parts are readily available to fix. I
want to know which models have the most room for the extended cab so people in the
back 3 seats have room.

They are all the same on space from 88 to 98. 95+ have the most comfortable seats.

I agree with Andrew. The 1995 have the most comfortable seats.
