CD player

The Cd Player on my 2006 Honda Odyssey reads "Disk Error".  It won't play
any Cds.  We disconnected the battery and and reconnected it.  Still won't
work.  Ideas?

probably dirty lens, can try blowing with a can of compressed air , used to computers get at Walmart or office depot. other wise if can get to it a q tip with a small amount of windex on cotton and wipe lens and dry with clean end..
