2005 Honda CR-V doesn't like starting

I have a 2005 Honda crv made in Europe. Just got a
new battery. Sometimes car won't start if its been
sitting around for more than 6-7 hours. Sometimes
its a very weak startup or won't turn over all the
way. Once I connect it to another car and jump it it
starts up fine. I've never had problems while driving,
just starting it up. Brought it to 2 different
mechanics. Both said alternator was good and so
was battery. Battery not losing charge due to an "off
car draw" either...
It wouldn't start this morning and I checked the
battery and it was at 12.5 so I don't know why its
not starting. HELP!

I think you have a weak battery and/or bad/dirty battery connections. I would have the battery load tested or just replace it if it is old.
Napa tested the battery and it wasn't losing any power so they said it wasn't bad. Did load test it once and it said it was okay. Could it be the starter?
Maybe the starter but I suspect corrosion at the connections. Clean the battery terminals and if that does not do it clean and tighten the starter connections. NAPA can test the starter but you will have to remove it.
Battery was just replaced and terminals are all clean. Terminals were tightened also. Thinking it might be something inside drawing power from the battery. Except that it was at 12.5 when it didn't start this morning
Sometimes corrosion is not obvious. If it gets inside the cable insulation the cable can look good but be bad.
How can you check for that?

Could be the starter, but it could be a bad key or key sense. If the vehicle does not crank at all, it is probably your starter. It can also account for your battery going dead. If it cranks and does not start, you have an issue with the key sense and or the key.
