Why does my 2000 Honda CRV turn over but stall after being warmed up?

Asked by tamra2hu Jul 19, 2014 at 01:15 PM about the 2000 Honda CR-V

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My CRV seems to start after sitting overnight, or after sitting (cooling off), but it turns over then stalls if it's been warmed up. Have already replaced spark plugs, and fuel filter. Any suggestions???

check you coolant levels... if ok check your engine temp when its running. did you replace the spark plug wires too? not familiar with that year car so not sure if it even has spark plug wires.
